Well, Scott got our first little drone and after playing with it in the backyard we thought it was worth a real test flight in real-world conditions. And this is what happened.
As you can see it started off well enough but a few feet up the wind kicked up and the drone became, well, to put it kindly, unstable. But then the wind not only made it unstable but it took it up out of controller range! And, as you saw, it went upside down from there. Our little drone, affectionately named Drony 1, is on the roof of an office building. We don't know who to see about roof access and we have already purchased a replacement with automatic return to home.
